  • My names Alex, a semi professional footballer, personal trainer (at NRG gym Newcastle), and athletic performance coach dedicated to help athletes perform better, as well as inspiring people from all backgrounds to embrace health and fitness as a pathway to mental strength, confidence and success.

    About me:

    I’ve been training my whole life, I could swim before I could walk and I could sail before I could ride a bike. I love training and have lots of experience through my own workouts finding out how different training methods affect the body. Exercise and sport has helped me get through a lot in life and I want you to develop that same relationship.
